1. Start a return

Write an email to Enter the order number and email address linked to your online order. Complete the online steps to answer your return reason and if you want an Exchange or Refund.

2. Prepare your return/exchange

Put new and unused items in the original package. Do not combine separate orders into a single package, and conversely, do not separate a return order into multiple boxes. This can cause delays of up to 14 business days.

4. Drop off your package

Drop off your package at a nearby USPS or FedEx location. LOIZ is not responsible for any lost returns. We recommend a shipping method with proof of delivery or tracking number. Please keep your tracking number handy so you can track when your return is received. Our return window is 30 days from delivery.

Refund to the original form of payment

Please allow 2-4 business days to process the return once received. You will be notified by email once processing is complete. If you have requested a refund, we will refund the price of the merchandise (excluding any original shipping charges that may have been applied to your order). Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.

A hold will be placed on your credit card in the amount of the new item and the new order will be processed immediately. If your return is not in transit after 21 days, your card will be charged for the full amount of the items.
